Anaheim Ducks 2, Los Angeles Kings 0, FINAL

The Anaheim Ducks evened the series at 2-2 as rookie John Gibson earned a shutout in his first career NHL playoff game. Gibson made 28 saves to earn the win.

The Ducks got all the goals they needed in the first period when Devante Smith-Pelly and Ryan Getzlaf scored. Corey Perry assisted on both goals. The second tally was on the power play.

After Jonathan Quick allowed two goals on 11 shots in the first period, Darryl Sutter pulled him for Martin Jones, who played the second and third periods for the Kings and did not allow a goal.

The chance in goal inspired the Kings, and they held Anaheim without a shot on goal in the second period. But they could not score to close the two-goal deficit.

The series returns to Anaheim for Game 5 on Monday night.
