The Premier League title remains up for grabs, but oddsmakers believe the championship belongs to Manchester City.

Two points clear of Liverpool atop the league table and owning a big advantage in goal differential, it’s pretty simple for Man City: Beat West Ham as huge betting favorites, and they capture the league title.

The lone scenario for Liverpool to win is if the Reds defeat Newcastle United and West Ham pulls off an unlikely upset. Man City was 1-8 at most sportsbooks monitored by Odds Shark, while West Ham was 14-1. Even the draw line was a huge upset at 8-1.

Earlier this season at West Ham, City won 3-1. Facing them in the two-leg series in the Capital One Cup, they thrashed the Hammers 9-0 on aggregate

How big of an upset would it be? Crazier than last week's, when Liverpool really blew their chances to vie for the league title when up 3-0 facing Crystal Palace. They gave up three goals after the 78th minute to finish with a 3-3 draw.

Still, they are big favorites in their finale at home facing Newcastle United. Odds Shark has the Reds at 1-5 with Newcastle at 12-1 and a draw line of 11-2. Liverpool still has a chance to win the EPL, albeit a slim one.

The top four in the EPL is already set with Man City, Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal grabbing the automatic Champions League berths for next season.

There are two other matches of note in the final weekend, with Norwich hosting Arsenal and West Bromwich hosting Stoke City. Norwich has to pull off the upset and beat Arsenal, while West Bromwich must lose with a swing in goal differential of 17 to avoid being relegated. That is a tall order for Norwich.

Fulham and Cardiff are the two teams that have already been relegated.

Norwich has the home-betting underdog line at 3-1 with Arsenal at 5-4 and a draw line of nearly 3-1. West Bromwich is the home favorite with Premier League even odds, with Stoke City at roughly 2-1, the same as the draw line.

Will Arsenal play their full squad against Norwich? Their place in the league table is set, and they might look to avoid injury since they play Hull City in the FA Cup final after this weekend.

Manchester United’s nightmare season is coming to an end, as the best they can finish is fifth if they beat Southampton and Everton loses to Hull City. United is already looking forward to next season, when they will have a new coach after sacking David Moyes less than 12 months after he signed a six-year contract.
