A Homeless Person Reportedly Told Browns' Jimmy Haslam to Draft Johnny Manziel

After passing on him twice earlier in the round, the Cleveland Browns selected Johnny Manziel with the 22nd pick of the first round of the 2014 NFL draft.

According to ESPN's Sal Paolantonio, a homeless person helped convince Cleveland owner Jimmy Haslam that Manziel was the right pick.

No word on who the homeless person is, but Twitter had a guess:
