Well another summer is underway and sadly enough, Brett Favre is still on my T.V. every time I turn on Sportscenter.

For the past few years we all have seen an emotional Brett Favre crying, saying it's over and how he can't do it anymore and that he knows it's time to go.

Than the cycle begins.

First there is a report he wants to come back and play, which he always denies. But of course than ESPN feels the need to have a million people talk about whether or not he will.

Next will be the report that he talked to his former team. Once this happens, all hell breaks loose and everyone is going head over heels wondering where the great Brett Favre will end up.

My question is.... who really cares where he goes?

In no way am I attacking the career the man has had, it was unbelievable and he will be remembered for the great years he had with Green Bay, NOT the Jets or apparently the Minnesota Vikings.

I know the Vikings are unsure about their quarterback play and feel that Brett Favre is the missing piece of the puzzle, but let's be honest for a minute here ok?

The man broke down last year and in my opinion single handedly lost the Jets a playoff berth. He will always be a gunslinger no matter what he does, even if he does have the best running back in the backfield.

This is my prediction for what will happen over the next year:

The Vikings will go 9-7 or 10-6, and Brett Favre will have an average season and the Vikings will still be a one and done team in the postseason.

Next Brett Favre will cry on T.V. for about 20 minutes saying how much he'll miss it and not a damn person there will believe he is retiring.

Than about this time again next year he'll be throwing to some high school kids down the block from his house and the whole world will go into Brett Favre pandemonium again.

I for one just hope that my cables out for those month's because im sick of this story and most of all....... Brett Favre
