Yellow Card of the Week: Liverpool Manager Brendan Rodgers for Crystanbul

Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has done a remarkable job transforming the club into genuine title contenders this season, but he got things wrong against Crystal Palace.

With Liverpool cruising to three points, Rodgers should have settled things down, taken the win and played out the game. Instead his team's gung-ho approach led to them conceding three and dropping two precious points.

Manchester City would likely have won the title anyway, but the pressure on them against West Ham on the final day would be far, far greater if they needed to win.
