Wizards Reporter Hit in the Head with Basketball, Keeps Composure

Basketball is a contact sport, but you don't necessarily have to be on the court to experience the punishment.

Comcast SportsNet reporter J. Michael learned that the hard way before the Washington Wizards-Indiana Pacers Eastern Conference semifinal game.

During his Wizards pregame report, Michael was nailed in the head by an errant basketball. Instead of losing his composure, the reporter showed professionalism by simply saying, "Ouch, that hurt," before carrying on with the segment.

Michael later acknowledged the incident on Twitter and admitted he was in some pain.
