More Prospects for The Pirates?

If the Pirates turn out with the same kind of season as they have had the last couple seasons what will become of the Bucco's better hitters? Will they be traded? Or are we building on these players and, what would be sensible, keeping some vets on the team? There may be no telling, but Adam Laroche gets hot with the weather and Sanchez is a potential doubles leader and batting crown champ. A lot of teams will be looking at these players.

On the other hand if the Buccos are still six games back in July many would expect us to trade for a right handed power hitter. I think that Matt Holliday would be a good fit. He has a one year contract. I would not expect the Pirates to sign him after.
