Los Angeles Kings vs. Anaheim Ducks Game 2: Live Score and Highlights

Steve Silverman@@profootballboyFeatured ColumnistMay 5, 2014

The Los Angeles Ducks have taken a firm grip on their Freeway Series with the Anaheim Ducks. They registered a 3-1 victory in Anaheim and they will take a 2-0 lead when the series resumes Thursday night in Los Angeles.

Goalie Jonathan Quick was the anchor of the Game 2 victory. He stopped 36 Anaheim shots and when he allowed rebounds, the Kings' defense moved those pucks out of harm's way.

Marian Gaborik, Alec Martinez and Dwight King scored for the Kings, while Patrick Maroon scored the lone goal for the Ducks.
