At one point on Monday, Liverpool fans were dreaming of making up the goal deficit with Manchester City and bringing the Premier League title back into their control. After a shocking collapse versus a resilient Crystal Palace side, that hope is no longer in the cards.

The Reds blew a three-goal lead in an eventual 3-3 draw, and while they currently lead the league, their title chances took a major dent. Luis Suarez took the defeat particularly hard. In a match where he celebrated tying the 38-match Premier League scoring record, he ended up with his face in his shirt being consoled by Steven Gerrard.
