0 of 5

AC Milan are in a domestic groove, having won six out of their last seven matches, and it's time to look forward to a summer in which the Rossoneri will look to improve their squad.

Assuming Clarence Seedorf stays, expect the club to have a much more Dutch flavor to it going forward, as he adds plenty of talent to try to implement his champagne football philosophy.

Here are some of the latest credible rumours surrounding the club.

The Italian has previously coached Roma in Serie A before moving to Russia to take control of Zenit St. Petersburg.

Amidst speculation that he could leave the club in the summer, Mattia De Sciglio told (via Football Italia) that he plans to stay with the Rossoneri.

The young full-back hasn't exactly progressed this season after breaking out last year and even becoming a starter on the Italian national team.

He has had to split time with other full-backs and hasn't completely won over a starting position.

According to Sport Mediaset (via Football Italia), Federico Marchetti has emerged as the top target to take over the goalkeeping role at Milan next season.

The 31-year-old hasn't enjoyed a great season at Lazio, losing his place due to form and injuries to Etrit Berisha. Marchetti is renowned for his fabulous reaction saves, and he would bolster the position for Milan if he were to be signed.

According to numerous sources, including RAI's hit Sunday night show La Domenica Sportiva and British tabloid the Express, Milan could try to pull off a gigantic swap with Manchester United involving Mario Balotelli and Robin van Persie.

The 30-year-old Dutch striker has been part of a turbulent season at Manchester United and could now join Clarence Seedorf in Italy. It will be interesting to see how this move develops or if it dies off during the summer months.

Former Juventus player Edgar Davids told Sky Sport Italia (via Football Italia) that his old club should make a move for polarizing Milan striker Mario Balotelli.
