The Daily Star quote the club's sports director Ricardo Bigon saying:
Reina is a very important player both on the field and off.
At the end of the season we will talk with him and Liverpool, we are interested to hold him here.
He has been fine in Naples, he has a very close relationship with the coach (Rafa Benitez) and also his family has settled very well.
Liverpool to Battle with Spurs for Lazio Midfielder Ogenyi Onazi
The 21-year-old would be a quality addition for the Reds both now and for the future.
Back in January, he stated his pleasure at being linked with a move to Anfield.

Sporting Lisbon Left-Back Marcos Rojo Eyed by the Reds
Portuguese newspaper A Bola have reported that 24-year-old Sporting Lisbon left-back Marcos Rojo has been targeted for a summer switch by Liverpool, with the Reds feeling that the Argentina international would be a perfect fit for their defence.
