Where: MGM Grand Garden Arena; Las Vegas, Nevada
When: 5:30 p.m. ET/2:30 p.m. PT
Mayweather's last fight—a September victory over previously undefeated Canelo Alvarez—generated the type of attention and revenue you'd expect from a fighter whose lavish lifestyle earned him the moniker "Money." The hype and anticipation has been noticeably tempered heading into this fight, as has Mayweather's willingness to goad his opponent.
Will that change Friday?
Maidana has never been at this level before, and on Saturday night, he'll be coming up against the man who practically invented it. He has big power in his fists, but he'll need to find a way to do what so many others have failed to do: land clean on the elusive Mayweather.
Will either fighter look to gain a mental edge before the big night? Tune in right here to find out.
