Why Do U.S. Presidents Dislike the Washington Bullets/Wizards?

Okay, so I know everybody who becomes president doesn’t turn their backs on their hometown teams, but come on. If you are going to take in our burgers, at least express a passing interest in our beloved Washington Wizards.
We do love you, President Obama; but the next time Cleveland comes to town, we could certainly use you up front with a Wizards warm-up on, okay?
Knowing the Wiz, there may just be a bobblehead in it for you.
Now, on to more pressing matters. It seems that very few presidents have actually remained neutral in their fandom, at least when it comes to the Bullets/Wizards. Fast forward to 6:25 of this video, and enjoy President Jimmy Carter sticking it to Abe Pollin and the hometown Washington Bullets in Game 7 of the 1979 NBA Eastern Conference semi-finals.
