When the Portland Trail Blazers take the court on Wednesday night and attempt to close out the Houston Rockets in their first-round playoff matchup, they'll be doing so with Dr. Jack Ramsay close to their hearts.

Complete with a "77" commemorating the franchise's 1977 title, those patches are meant to honor the legendary coach who passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer. They do a pretty great job, and all of Rip City will be hoping they lead to success in Ramsay's memory during Game 5.
