My personal favourite is the new Newcastle away shirt. What in God's name were the designers thinking?

Obviously they were so overwhelmed by the Tigers last season that they tried to copy the the aggressive tiger affect, but sadly for the Magpies, they got it slightly wrong.

Tiger's come in amber and black, not in "amber and white".

Well, Gunners, if you are going down to the Golf club after a 2-1 defeat at the Emirates to the Tigers, you can always wear your snazzy little navy and peacock blue pin striped polo shirt.

A nice white canvas for the sponsor. but what's with the 80's black trim?

Shocking, especially after last years great shirt.

At least with this shirt the Tiger won't just make you embarrassed for the way you play (Jaaskelainen excluded, of course).

Chelsea, Chelsea, Chelsea—It was all going so well.

The team plays such wonderful football and wore a shirt that wasn't looking like it was designed by Jean Paul Gaultier.

Then you had to produce this monstrosity.

It may look good on the super fit athletic players on the field but what about those tubby "Lundonairs" with their man boobs?

Nothing wrong with bowling shirts—they cover a multitude of sins for our more horizontally challenged fan out there.

Lovely ladies, but why go back to a shirt that was a shirt minus the "R" when it was worn 25 years ago?

Will Fellaini and Jageilka ever be as good as Reid, Steven, Stevens or Ratcliffe? I doubt it.

I really like Burnley's new shirt—It is a throw back to bygone days, even down to slightly baggy shorts.

West Ham have also done a good job this season with a great away shirt, and West Brom has still not gotten a sponsor's logo on the front of their shirt.

I absolutely love that.

I don't know if these are the club's new kits, as they haven't been officially released, but as a football fan, I love them.

They are full of tradition. From the sky blue of the unadorned home shirt to the vertical red and blue strip of the second shirt, that is a great set of shirts with a retro feel.

I hope that on July 1, my club can have as good a collection of classic looking shirts as Manchester City and Burnley do.

I don't know if this is the new Manchester United home shirt, as I have seen so many different designs for their new shirt.

What is for sure is that I picked what I consider to be the best from an aesthetic point of view.

There were some very scary ones out there on the net (believe me).

Spurs still have to show what they have to offer, but surely it can't be as bad as their brown away shirt of a couple of years ago—that really was Pooh.

Or, take Wigan's day glow shirt of last season.

Brum, Villa, the Trotters, the Mighty Tigers, the Red Devils, the Potters and the Hammers still have to show us officially what they will be embarrassing themselves with next season.

That will be formed by time, taste, fervour, allegiance and whether or not you are colour blind.
