Dallas Mavericks center DeJuan Blair let his emotions get the best of him at a crucial time in Game 4.

Blair, who played the first four years of his career with the San Antonio Spurs, was whistled for a personal foul on the first part of the play late in the fourth quarter. After reviewing the play, though, the referees ejected Blair, ruling that he had kicked the Spurs' Tiago Splitter in the head while on the ground:

Dallas led 83-82 with 3:08 remaining in regulation at the time of the ejection. Manu Ginobili made the ensuing technical free throw, and Splitter made both of his free throws to give the Spurs an 85-83 lead.

Blair had 12 points and made all five of his shots from the floor in the game.
