Kansas State made one little boy's dream come true during its 2014 spring game.

The Wildcats ran a special play called "Kaiden's Play" that ended up being the most memorable play of the day. Kaiden Schroeder, who is battling cancer, was called upon to run the football.

Kaiden was able to take the ball 30 yards for the touchdown, which led to a big celebration in the end zone.
