Sparty Runs for TD During Michigan State Spring Game

Spring games are a time for college football teams to have some fun, and they are a great way to get everyone—including the mascot—involved.

During Michigan State's 2014 spring game, Sparty lined up in the backfield for a play in the third quarter. The move paid off, as he found his way into the end zone.

The Spartans can afford to have a little bit of fun after winning the Big Ten last season. Check out the rings they earned for winning the 2014 Rose Bowl:
