I think you're spot-on with you roster, though I've heard rumblings of Ko Simpson facing a serious battle from George Wilson at the FS spot.
Hopefully Chris Ellis will be able to rotate with Kelsay and Ryan Denney on the leftside, and Spencer Johnson will do the same with John McCargo, and we'll be able to actually get some pressure on opposing QBs.

I would definitely agree that tight end is a very questionable position. I'm looking forward to seeing Derek Fine on the field. He was very much a stretch where he was taken in the draft, still early enough to pick some quality players out of the woodwork. If he proves he has some talent in the preseason, I could easily see him challenging Robert Royal for the starting position. I have a feeling Derek Fine will have a great impact at the position whether he takes the starting role or not.
Duke Preston isn't going to be the Long Snapper. Despite Neill's problems down the stretch last season in replacement of a Pro Bowl snapper, he will once again resume the starting role. Or at least, will start the season in the role.
I have a feeling Jauron is going to try and get McGee out of the return game by midseason, in favor of the rookie. McGee showed steady progress last season in the secondary, and I think he's ready to step up and be a lockdown corner, not a kick returner with potential.
Everything else should be locked in. I'm very optimistic about the Bills' front 7 coming into this season. Aaron Schobel, Chris Kelsay, Ryan Denney, Chris Ellis, Ryan Neill and most likely Copeland Bryan will be rotating on the outside with Schobel playing about 67% of the time, Kelsay and Denney splitting time 60-40 and the other three cycling in when the "three" starters are winded. In the middle, we pruned Larry Triplett, who repeated what he did in Indianapolis in not playing to his potential. We have a pro bowl DT in Marcus Stroud and a great tandem in McCargo and Kyle Williams. Spencer Johnson is a good 2nd-and-long DT. At 286, he is undersized for a defensive tackle, and fits into the speed-and-hustle scheme the Bills worked into last season. He will be good if we put him in on plays where we know they'll be passing the football. However, it's up to the coaches to get the big guys back in on running situations, such as 3rd-and-short.
The linebacking core is set for the future. Keith Ellison and John DiGiorgio proved last season that they have the ability to play football at the professional level. Obviously, it was apparent that they didn't have the physical ability to play every down, but they are excellent windcatchers. Angelo Crowell is a Pro Bowl-esque LB with run-stuffer prowess. Posluszny will exceed in every aspect of the game this season and is a sure-fire Pro Bowler. (If it wasn't a popularity contest.) And obviously Kawika Mitchell will continue his excellence.
