Real Madrid vs. Bayern Munich: Simulating UCL Semi-Final Clash Using FIFA 14

Real Madrid and Bayern Munich have come to battle. The two giants of European football meet in Wednesday's Champions League semi-final first leg, following on from the bland 0-0 draw between Atletico Madrid and Chelsea the night before.

With Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale, Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery on the pitch, there's no way this can disappoint, right? We simulated the match using an Xbox One copy of FIFA 14 to work out exactly that.

Both teams have the firepower to rip through any side in the world, but which club is set to dominate during the vital opener? Sit back, relax and enjoy the highlights.

Real Madrid vs. Bayern Munich: FIFA 14 Highlights

A close match, but home advantage paid dividends here. Goals from Luka Modric and Gareth Bale are enough to give Madrid the edge, but Mario Gotze's away strike keeps Bayern truly in the hunt. While chances were limited throughout, Bale's late poke home gives the Spanish giants something to hang onto when they visit the Allianz Arena.

Can Carlo Ancelotti's men push the European champions to the brink of elimination with a memorable performance in real life? Will Pep Guardiola arrive back in the Bernabeu with a master plan?
