Bastia's 2-1 victory over Ajaccio in Ligue 1 was not just a win against their local rivals—it was enough to send the Corsican island team down to the second tier of French football.

Naturally, that was cause for celebration for Bastia fans, and they made a couple of banners to celebrate the fact.

Invoking Nelson Muntz of The Simpsons, one group of fans held up a picture of him pointing and laughing in his trademark style.

Slightly further along, another set of fans had a Ligue 2 banner held aloft.

The two Corsican sides are not local in the traditional sense—according to Google Maps, it's a two-and-a-half-hour drive to get from the northern town of Bastia to Ajaccio—but when the duo are so far removed from the rest of mainland France, their rivalry can clearly get feisty.
