Columbus Blue Jackets vs. Pittsburgh Penguins Game 2: Live Score and Highlights

The Columbus Blue Jackets knocked off the Pittsburgh Penguins by a score of 4-3 in double overtime to win their franchise's first-ever playoff game.

The Blue Jackets came back from a 3-1 deficit just one game after they watched a 3-1 lead evaporate to lose Game 1 by the same 4-3 score. 

Pittsburgh watched Brandon Gibbons scored twice in a 54-second span to open the scoring, but Ryan Johansen drew the Blue Jackets to within one just over a minute later.

Pittsburgh added a power-play goal when Matt Niskanen scored later in the first period as he blew a point shot past a screened Sergei Bobrovsky.

Matt Calvert scored on a shorthanded effort in the second period to bring the Jackets back to within one, and Jack Johnson scored the tying goal on a power play in the third period.

Matt Calvert scored his second of the night in double overtime to give the Jackets their franchise's first playoff win.

Final score: Columbus 4, Pittsburgh 3 in double overtime.
