Gareth Bale etched his name in Real Madrid lore with a wild golazo in the 85th minute of the Copa del Rey final to give Real Madrid a 2-1 win.

Bale used his trademark pace up the left wing, a spot that would have been held by Cristiano Ronaldo had he not been injured, outran Barcelona's defence and slammed home a powerful low shot through Jose Manuel Pinto's legs.
