Intense? Screaming? Soaking wet? Yup, it’s a new Bryce Harper commercial.

The Washington Nationals slugger is soaked head to toe in a new commercial by Gatorade. He’s also tearing the covers off balls and yelling like a wild beast, which is equal parts awesome and terrifying.

David Brown of Big League Stew spotted the commercial, which shows Harper stepping to the plate covered in liquid flames.

Guns N’ Roses’ “Welcome to the Jungle” plays as the 21-year-old outfielder steps to the mound. He stares down the pitch and pieces a shot out of the stadium. The ball rockets into the atmosphere and rips apart, revealing Harper’s screaming face.

Enjoy seeing this in your dreams tonight.

Jokes aside, it’s a cool (if not gimmicky) piece of advertising. The effects are rock solid, and Harper’s menacing presence at the plate translates well in the commercial. He is the beast-child of baseball, and he’ll feast on any half-decent offering you give him.
