While watching the Confederations Cup which is taking placing in South Africa, I could not help but hear a continuous buzz as if there were bees next to the cameras.

It turns out that the sounds come from an African "musical" instrument. You must have seen it. Long horns with painful, yes painful sound. Especially when the stadium is filled with 40,000 of those.

And people seem to be enjoying themselves. They blow this unusual horn as the teams are level, when a team scores or when the opposite team draws. They don't care what the scoreline is or what happens, they just want to enjoy themselves.

Okay, let them enjoy themselves, it's fair, but at the viewers' expense? Well, there are two solutions.

It's either that FIFA bans them, which doesn't seem logical or that Television stations filter these sounds.

Just a quick question: I'm not the only one hearing it, am I?
