Arsenal reached the FA Cup final as they beat Wigan on penalties in the semi-final at Wembley.

Callum McManaman, man-of-the-match in the Latics' shock 2013 final victory over Manchester City, was brought down for a penalty which was converted by Jordi Gomez.

However the Gunners got back on level terms via Per Mertesacker eight minutes from the end.

The match finished 1-1 after 120 minutes and Arsenal won 4-2 on penalties with Santi Cazorla converting the winning spot kick.

Arsene Wenger's side will face Hull or Sheffield United in next month's final.
