The San Antonio Spurs defeated the Phoenix Suns 112-104 on Friday night behind a career-high 33 points on 12-of-17 shooting (7-of-10 from three) from Danny Green.

With the loss and a Memphis Grizzlies win over the Philadelphia 76ers, the Suns now occupy the Western Conference's No. 9 seed while the Mavericks and Grizzlies own the seventh and eighth seeds, respectively.

In addition, the Spurs clinched home court advantage throughout the Western Conference playoffs with the win.

After trailing by 13 points at the half, the Spurs put on an offensive clinic over the game's final 24 minutes, outscoring the Suns by 21 in that span. The momentum completely shifted after the Spurs outscored the Suns, 37-19, in the third quarter.

Tony Parker totaled 18 points on 9-of-18 shooting after a two-game absence while Kawhi Leonard added 18 points, five rebounds and four assists on a night when the Spurs rested Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili.

Eric Bledsoe was in control for Phoenix all night long sans Goran Dragic and fell one assist shy of recording a triple-double. All told, Bledsoe finished with 30 points, 11 rebounds and nine assists.

Gerald Green tallied 27 points on 9-of-19 shooting (4-of-10 from three) while Markieff Morris poured in 20 points off the bench.

Next up for the Suns is a crucial showdown with the Dallas Mavericks on Saturday while the Spurs are set to square off against the Houston Rockets on Monday.
