When a player is too sick to show up on team photo day, it puts the organization in a tough spot. Fortunately, there are ways to work around it.

The Washington Wizards' Trevor Ariza missed the team's photo day because he was under the weather. Luckily, former NBA player and current Washington Mystics player personnel manager Awvee Storey—with the help of a No. 1 jersey—was able to step in for the ill Ariza.

What a bizarre situation.

This unfortunate scenario does have a happy ending. Even though he wasn't present for the picture, Ariza will be digitally added in Storey's place.
