Philippe Coutinho will lead a star-studded lineup as Liverpool prepare to unveil their home fit for the 2014-15 season on Thursday evening.
The club's official website provided details on the launch night:
LFC and Warrior Sports will host the first ever live home kit reveal event in Liverpool city centre, taking place in Liverpool One.
It will see four Reds stars - Philippe Coutinho, Jordan Henderson, Simon Mignolet and Kolo Toure - reveal the new home kit to 1,000 lucky fans in attendance - and the rest of the world via a free live broadcast on Liverpoolfc.com.
The reveal is also being promoted via the side's official Twitter account:
Warrior's latest kit will be the company's third for Liverpool, originally signing a deal that started in time for the 2012-13 season. The deal originally provided the club with a record £25 million per year, reported by the Daily Mail, Arsenal have since improved the numbers by landing a £30 million annual sponsorship with Puma, highlighted by BBC News.
Liverpool are currently top of the Premier League with five games to go. They sit four points clear of Manchester City, who have two games in hand. The leaders are one clear of Chelsea, ensuring Brendan Rodgers' men have a real chance of landing their first title since 1990.
Both City and Chelsea visit Anfield before the end of the season. Mamadou Sakho rallied his teammates ahead of Sunday's clash with Manuel Pellegrini's side, suggesting Liverpool will give their all to achieve victory, reported by John Cross of the Mirror:
I hope we win. In any case we are ready for combat. We play at home and have our fans behind us. We will give everything. Ever since I arrived at the club, I said it. I told my team-mates that we are capable of winning the title.
The Reds released a teaser for the new kit ahead of its launch. This brief eight-second clip shows very little other than the shirt appears to have a white trim around the sleeves:
Those who wish to get involved with the event should pop over to the LFC Store in the Liverpool One shopping centre, where special #DEMAND wristbands can be obtained. These are provided on a "first-come, first-served basis" and are available right now, per the club's report.
The event begins at 6 p.m. BST, with pre-orders going live on the club's online store 15 minutes later. Eager fans will have to wait until May 9 for the shirt to be officially released, just two days before the side's last Premier League game of the season at home to Newcastle.
