Luis Suarez is having quite the season with Liverpool. He's on track to record the most prolific season in Premier League history and leading his team's title quest.

He's not just earning plaudits for his actions on the field, either. Suarez recently stopped in a public park to play football with a seven-year-boy with Down syndrome—for no reason other than he was being a genuinely good guy.
