The Tampa Bay Rays have scored the most runs in baseball at 379 runs. That is 14 more than next-place team: the New York Yankees.

The most runs per game spot also goes to the Rays at 5.74 runs per game. Not to even mention that the Rays are tied for third for the youngest average age on the offense at 27.5 years.

With all that offense, there will be games were double digits aren't out of the question. But something I have started to notice is that when the Rays do score many runs, the next game after is a struggle for them just to get close to five.

The obvious thing to do is compare the offense after a hitting double digits.
