Fans attending Greensboro College's D-III showdown with Maryville this weekend got to witness a truly rare feat—a 9-3-2 triple play.

For those unfamiliar, the numbers represent different positions on the baseball diamond.

In the third inning, Greensboro fielders made the catch in right field, forced the runner on first out and tagged the runner trying to beat the throw home. Quite a play.

Ultimately, it wasn't enough, though, as Maryville defeated Greensboro, 5-4, in 12 innings.
