Seth Rollins Will Prove Himself to Be The Shield's Best Asset at WrestleMania

WrestleMania is traditionally an event where rough diamonds can become huge stars in the wrestling business, and WrestleMania XXX provides plenty of opportunities for that to happen this year.

There are a bunch of young, exciting stars currently on the WWE roster who could seriously launch their careers at the event. One of those is the high-flying entertainer of The Shield, Seth Rollins.

When the group first arrived in the WWE at Survivor Series 2012, Rollins was the guy we knew the most about. He had already been NXT champion and had a certain amount of pedigree in WWE terms.

However, Dean Ambrose's character immediately stood out among the three, and he became a focal point for the group. Roman Reigns then began to embark on a mega-push at Survivor Series last year, making things worse for Rollins' prospects. The Royal Rumble only further suggested that Reigns was the one who WWE creative was interested in.

The last couple of months seem to have been a bit of a turning point for Rollins, though. With Reigns' push hitting a bit of a plateau, Rollins' ability in the ring has been able to re-emerge and remind us all just how exciting he is.

His daredevil approach to wrestling is rare these days, and he can work a crowd like few others in the WWE. Perhaps Daniel Bryan is the most relevant comparison: They both have no regard for their safety and simply want to entertain.

And at WrestleMania XXX, Rollins will undoubtedly secure his bright future in the industry whether The Shield split or not. That split is going to happen at some point down the line, but it is important that Rollins continues to flourish for when his solo career kicks off.

With The Shield in six-man tag action against Kane and The New Age Outlaws, it is a chance for the trio to score their first big win since turning babyface. Doing it at WrestleMania XXX would give them some great momentum to continue on for the rest of the year with.

Rollins' approach to wrestling will only further intensify on the biggest stage of them all.

While Ambrose and Reigns will continue to go about their business and quietly impress, Rollins is in a position where he could steal the show with his skills and ability. And if he does, he could well overtake Reigns as the leading light of The Shield once and for all.

Ideally, when The Shield do split, it would be nice for Rollins to stay as a babyface.

He is a guy who can make the crowd rise to their feet in excitementturning him heel again would be a waste. He has the potential to go on to be a huge star. His ability is on par with Daniel Bryan's. He just needs to be built up correctly.

Having him steal the show at WrestleMania XXX would be a great start.
