This is a top five countdown of teams that should make a play to attempt to sign Vick. This does not include teams that I think will sign Vick, just teams that should consider it.

Most of these teams have not come out of the blue and said they didn't want Vick either. So I believe these teams are possibilities.

5. Miami Dolphins

Sure, Chad Pennington was one of the premier quarterbacks last season, and should remain the starter for years to come. So where would Michael Vick fit in all this? In the wildcat offense of course.

Sure they got Pat White, but the Dolphins should really try to lock down a deal with Vick for about one year, and see what happens. Which would allow Pat White to grow into either a receiver or a quarterback.

Giving a second chance isn't really aganst nature for the Dolphins as well, they gave Ricky Williams a second chance, and thanks to Dolphins faith, he succeeded pretty well.

If the Dolphins sign Vick, of course he should mainly be on the bench; however, he could be used in certain situations.

For instance, late in the first half, when the team needs to score, the wildcat offense, a goalline quarterback, and a great relief quarterback. That being said, I don't see this happening for a few reasons.

First, the Dolphins really have no interest in Vick, and secondly, Chad Henne, who they want to give more play time to, is expected to be the starter by the 2010 season.

4. Detroit Lions

GREEN BAY, WI - DECEMBER 28: Kevin Smith #34 of the Detroit Lions sits on the bench with a coat over him near the end of a game against the Green Bay Packers on December 28, 2008 at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Packers defeated the Lions 31-

When you go 0-16 a lot of changes need to be made. You have to take alot of chances in the next off-season, and hope everything turns out right. That being said, the Lions should attempt to sign Michael Vick for next season.

Despite the Lions drafting a quarterback No.1 overall and having Dante Culpepper, they still need some help at the position.

This would also be the best move for Vick, because it's really the only place I see him getting a starting job. Along with that, Vick has a great NFL arm, which could mean a lot of deep balls to wide receiver Calvin Johnson.

And with Vick's speed, linebackers would have to spy the quarterback more, meaning more passes up the middle and less double teams on Calvin Johnson.

However, the Lions probably don't want to seem desperate by getting Vick. Also it would probably take a lot of money to bring him to a team that didn't even win one game last year.

This would be a great match-up; however, it probably isn't going to happen.

3. Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys are known for making questionable hires for players with questionable Character. Jerry Jones has signed Tank Johnson, Pacman Jones, and Terrell Owens; all of these guys are some of the biggest "jerks" in football.

However, Jerry Jones apparently didn't see anything terrible because he signed these guys anyways. Also it's brewing around the NFL that the Cowboys are attempting some Wildcat plays in training camp. Again Michael Vick would be perfect for this.

So what's the problem? The Cowboys have a good quarterback already in Tony Romo. Although some fans dislike Romo, you won't find much better.

Oakland Raiders

Al Davis wants a fast team. How about bringing in the fastest quarterback in the league? I'm sure Al Davis would love that. Sure they already brought in Jeff Garcia and they have Jamarcus Russell.

However, neither of these guys should really start on any roster. If Michael Vick is brought into the Raiders organization, imagine how dangerous the Raiders could become.

Think about it. Michael Vick would force linebackers and safeties to think twice about a scramble. Leaving some of those speedy wide receivers in one-on-one coverage. Vick has a great arm, and could lay one out to them.

Also they could use a two quarterback system. Russell could give the ball to Vick, and Vick does a flea flicker to Russell, and touchdown!

This could help the Raiders break apart from the rest of the NFL, and really be a different type of team to play. And that's a good thing.

Denver Broncos

With the trade of Jay Cutler, the Broncos will more than likely start the season with Kyle Orton...yuck. Don't get me wrong, Kyle's a winner, and stats don't matter when you're a winner; however, many could argue he won because of a great defense in Chicago.

So maybe Kyle Orton isn't the answer. The Broncos are also looking to deal Brandon Marshall. So maybe the broncos are going to focus on the running game.

That's why bringing in Michael Vick could actually be the right move. However, Josh McDaniels seems like a guy that hates distractions, and trust me, Michael Vick is a huge distraction.
