This is the second of a daily series I will be doing until June 30.

I will use articles and slideshow lists to cover and review TNA and WWE events over the past six months. Thus the name, Half Year Review.

That's right, it's another one of those top 11 lists from me. I had it written down to do the top 10 drafts but couldn't resist sticking the coveted No. 11 spot.

Also as you can tell this is two out of two slideshows that won't have involved TNA, afraid to say it's going to be three after tomorrow. Just more to write about with WWE I guess.

This is the top draft, although as an added bonus to my wonderful, brilliant, magnificent, awesome, remarkable audience (this is me trying to bribe you into giving me pick of the day). Oh yeah, the bonus.

The bonus for my great fans is to have the top draft picks and a recap of the ones that didn't make it and got lost in the process of the draft.

First, I will be showing these wrestlers who didn't make it through, followed by ones who did, I'm making it seem more complicated than it is. Shut up, Callum.

Bad Draftees: Mike Knox

Never really seemed to go anywhere this one. When he got drafted to Smackdown he seemed to go round attacking the lightweights/cruiserweights, whatever they're called: Kofi Kingston, Rey Mysterio, Evan Bourne.

Since making his first Smackdown match against R-Truth, he hasn't really done anything, can't remember him being in a match since then.

So yeah, that's Mike Knox for you, I have a feeling this picture is the last time me and all of you will be seeing him.

Bad Draftees: Bella Twins

At the start, these two were new, different and exciting. Now everyone including the writers have half-forgotten about them.

OK, maybe that's an overstatement but the "hiding under the ring" thing was good the first few times, but now on the verge of getting old.

The whole Morrison+Miz and Colons storyline was pretty cool but they haven't done anything, they're hot, meaningful since then. They've almost turned into jobbers of the diva world on superstars.

Another thing, it's obvious who the better diva is, Brie is a much better actress and wrestler, or is that Nikki, anyway it's the one of the right, or was it left, no it was right, hang on it might have been left, they're look too damn similar.

Bad Draftees: Ezekiel Jackson

O.K. I need to watch myself here, that photo gives the look, if I hear you say anything bad about me, I'm gonna knock your lights out.

That being said, I don't know why he is in the bad bit; he is a top performer and deserves a much better push than he's getting.

Big Zeke going to destroy the ECW roster.

Bad Draftees: Ricky Ortiz

Ricky, Ricky, Ricky. I personally thought he was looking good on ECW, with an awful catchphrase, "Rally Up" and a poor look, as well as a rubbish finisher, Ortiz managed to pull of being a good wrestler despite all those heavy negatives.

He was brought it at around the same time as Swagger and they both went on a strong undefeated streak when first coming in; I call that the honeymoon period.

Then, they had a No. 1 contender match which would break one's good run. It was almost make and break, and Ortiz was the latter.

He's turned heel on Smackdown and it doesn't work, kind of a shame to see, could have been better.

I'm trying to find a "rally up" joke to end the slide on but I really can't think of one, sorry.

Bad Draftees - Candice Michelle

Gentlemen, have a nice look at that. That is being wasted right now. Whenever your finished gazing at her, please take a look at the final bad draftee.

Bad Draftee: Mr. Kennedy

Display_image

Mwahahaha, how evil of me. This could have been near the top of my list of top draft picks.

OK, let's get started with those Top 11 Draft Picks on 2009...

The Best Draft Picks 11: The Miz

Display_image

He is The Miz and he is AWESOME. When I watched ECW pre-draft, I thought Morrison was the stronger partner of the team.

Then, when he got drafted I feared that may have squashed him.

Let's face it, he's been one of the biggest surprises since the draft.

Last week on Raw, when he popped up and went for a clothesline on Triple H and Cena I thought he may have been going to the Bash. That would have been great.

Why's he not higher? Hasn't wrestled enough.

10 - Melina

Display_image

Probably the best diva in terms of wrestling in the WWE. It was quite disappointing when she got drafted to Raw, seemed as if they were putting her on the B show (I know Smackdown's better but in the WWE's eyes, it ain't).

She should have some good matches with McCool but would have had better matches with Phoenix and Maryse.

9 - Zach Ryder

Display_image

The artist formerly known as Shane Howard, I thank you. Nearly forgot about this one.

The huge gimmick change seems to have worked for Ryder. He has gone almost nothing on Smackdown to a mid-card player on ECW.

Despite only being in squash matches, honeymoon period, as of yet he doesn't look bad. Although his ring attire is annoying, with just one leg covered.

8 - Big Show

Display_image

Since turning heel last year he has looks like a monster, apart from the whole Cena issue but I won't go into that.

I have always associated the Big Show with Smackdown as was surprised that he was drafted. It's given him new feuds and matches.

His mini-feud with The Miz is entertaining; here to hoping it continues.

7 - Crap, what's his name, Don, Rolph, Ralph? Dolph! Dolph Ziggler

Display_image

This guy is one of my favourite newcomers in the WWE. Me and my mates go round college doing ou
r own versions, confuses the life out of them.

I thought he would become a jobber on Smackdown especially when The Khali came out (what? he's not "great" in my eyes).

He managed to take it to Khali and of course ended up losing, as they can't make Khali look bad.

He has good in-ring ability, also I love when he shouts during the matches to wind up the crowd.

One of my favourites on Smackdown, remember I said that, it'll come back in future articles.

6 - John Morrison

Display_image

This guys got skills. He has the ability, the look, the charisma, and very high potential.

I have a feeling he's going to leap frog Shelton in the pecking order of next world champion, as he is the one carrying their matches at the moment in their feud.

If he works on his mic skills a bit, he'll have the full package.

I don't know why, but I always think he sounds like he's putting on this overdramatic voice, for whatever reason it annoys me.

5 - Chris Jericho

Display_image

RAW ISN'T JERICHO!

I didn't see this one coming. I thought he was doing well on Raw and hadn't been on Smackdown since the draft started, correct me if I'm wrong.

He is the biggest wrestler on Smackdown and should being carrying the show. Instead, he's taken more of a back seat and is playing the whiny character of Jericho perfectly.

He should be in the World Heavyweight picture, even if he is current Intercontinental champ.

4 - Natalya/ DH Smith

Display_image

Anytime I hear the first sound of their entrance music, I get psyched. I think this team is going to be big, not Hart Foundation big enough to be the best faction in the current WWE roster.

If they could recruit some sort of other relative to create a fourth member, they would be dominant. DH Smith was doing nothing at all on Smackdown and Kidd wasn't going anywhere with his ECW matches.

They add something unique and better to the new ECW.

3 - CM Punk

Display_image

The Champ has got to be on here, hasn't he? He has climbed his way up the wrestling ladder and is a good wrestler with entertaining matches and feuds.

Hopefully this title reign will last longer than the previous one.

The reason that Punk isn't any higher on the list is that he could have easily won with his money in the bank on Raw instead.

2 - Rey Mysterio

Display_image

Rey is the face of Smackdown. It's where he started and where he should be. When I started re-watching wrestling, I was shocked to see him on Raw and have to say it felt wrong.

Almost as wrong as the Intercontinental Belt not being on Raw; that's where it belongs.

He looks as if he will have some great feuds with many of the higher card wrestlers over the upcoming months, providing he stays in WWE of course.

And...The number one is...

1 - MVP

Display_image

With Kennedy gone and MVP losing his U.S. Title by roll up, it looks as though he is on his way to becoming a big time player on Raw (big-time player, how clever of me).

If he keeps his game up, he should be given a push, probably not for championship material but a number one contenders or a title match at a pay-per-view.

My first impressions of him were bad, firstly his ring attire is annoying, "ballin'" takes a bit of getting used to, and he doesn't really look like a wrestler.

But I have grown to like him and hope he gets his chance soon enough.

Thank you for reading, once again proving
