The last spot in the 2014 Final Four goes to Kentucky, which pulled out an amazing 75-72 win Sunday over Michigan in the Midwest Region final at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
Freshman Aaron Harrison drained a three-pointer with 2.6 seconds remaining to lift the Wildcats (28-10), the No. 8 seed that knocked off unbeaten Wichita State and defending national champion Louisville before taking down last year's runner-up in the Elite Eight.
Harrison had all 12 of his points in the final 8:08
, going 4-of-4 from three-point range after missing his first four shots in the game.
No. 2 Michigan (28-9) tied the game at 72 on a putback by Jordan Morgan with 31 seconds, a tap-in that came after the Wolverines had three other shots at the basket and came up with three offensive rebounds.
Kentucky, advancing to its 16th Final Four, will face West Region champ Wisconsin (30-7) on April 5 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
