The New York Knicks did wonders for their playoff hopes on Sunday night, besting the Golden State Warriors, 89-84, on the road. 

J.R. Smith led the way for the Knicks, who now sit only one game behind the eighth-seeded Atlanta Hawks, with 21 points on 8-of-17 shooting. Warriors guard Stephen Curry dropped a game-high 32 points on 10-of-21 shooting, including 6-of-12 from three-point range.
