The Detroit Pistons and Cleveland Cavaliers are two teams holding on to a microscopic glimmer of hope in the Eastern Conference playoff race. But Cleveland shooting guard Dion Waiters might have put Detroit's slim hopes to bed—and kept his own team's hopes alive—with a dagger jump shot at the buzzer.

That clutch fadeaway turned a one-point deficit into a one-point win, as the Cavaliers came out on top, 97-96.
