Nets' Blatche to Raps' Ross: 'S--T, You Better Be Careful What Tree You Bark Up'

On a web chat he hosted last Sunday, Toronto's Terrence Ross said his ideal first-round opponent would be the Nets.

Well, Brooklyn's Andray Blatche got wind of that comment, and he took exception to it. He told Stefan Bondy of the New York Daily News the following:

S--t, you better be careful what tree you bark up. He better be careful. He’s probably just saying that because he had a good game against us. But I don’t think that’s really what he meant or what he really, really wants.

The Raptors (39-31) and Nets (37-32) would indeed face off in the first round if the playoffs started Wednesday morning as the No. 4 vs. No. 5 matchup in the Eastern Conference.

Let's hope these standings hold true for the next three weeks.
