A Spanish paper has claimed to have established what was said during an exchange between Pepe and Lionel Messi during the Clasico on Sunday night.

Real Madrid's Pepe accused the Argentine of "s------g" himself whenever he faced him, to which Messi had the perfect counter.

To quote Ed Malyon of Mirror Football, translating Sport of Spain:

Against me you always s*** yourself," said Pepe, prompting the incredulous reply from Messi:

"What are you talking about? I always score against you!"

Messi had a point: Not only did he score a hat-trick against Real Madrid in the eventual 4-3 victory, but in the process, he became the all-time top goalscorer in Clasico history.
