They didn’t even get out of second gear, but Manchester City still managed to cruise to a 5-0 win over Fulham on Saturday.

Yaya Toure hit a hat-trick to give the hosts a 3-0 cushion, and late goals from Fernandinho and Martin Demichelis rounded out the scoring at Etihad Stadium.

Following are ratings and analysis for all the City players.

Half-Time analysis for Manchester City

Hart: His only action in the first half was claiming a Riise cross.

Zabaleta: Plenty of touches for the right-back, who has combined well with Milner and Nasri.

Lescott: Has so far completed all of his passing attempts.

Demichelis: Always a step off the pace.

Kolarov: Had Stockdale beaten when he hit the woodwork late in the opening frame.

Fernandinho: Played Silva through for an excellent chance midway through the first half.

Toure: In addition to scoring from the spot, he has completed 94% of his passes.

Milner: Working his socks off once again.

Nasri: Ball distribution has been superb.

Silva: Looking in the mood.

Negredo: Just 12 touches of the ball so far.

Full-Time analysis for Manchester City

Hart: Didn’t have a single save to make.

Zabaleta: Kept Riise mostly pinned back and offered a useful attacking outlet.

Lescott: Won everything in the air.

Demichelis: Capped off a solid performance with City’s fifth goal.

Kolarov: Contributed three tackles on the defensive side of the ball.

Fernandinho: Rounded Kvist before unleashing a powerful drive that beat Stockdale for City’s fourth.

Toure: Rightfully named Man of the Match.

Milner: Nearly made it 6-0 but was denied by an outstretched Stockdale.

Nasri: Picked up an assist in one of his better performances of the season.

Silva: Created numerous opportunities before being withdrawn midway through the second half.

Negredo: City would have won 5-0 without him. They basically did.

Navas: Completed all of his passes after coming on in the 68th minute.

Jovetic: Introduced with eight minutes remaining.

Rodwell: A rare cameo for the 23-year-old.
