The Mirror's football spy reports that Carlos Tevez has already decided to sign for Manchester City and also reports that Sir Alex Ferguson has conceded that Carlos Tevez will be crossing the Manchester divide.

Meanwhile, Sporting Lisbon are reported to have lodged their interest in Manchester City striker Felipe Caicedo while Miguel Veloso still has yet to receive any interest from other clubs.

It seems Mark Hughes is keeping his potential signings list out of the media spotlight so to not become the victim of bidding wars, I for one have been growing impatient and concerned with the lack of positive transfer activity as it has halted since the early arrival of Gareth Barry but apparently we wont have to wait much longer as Hughes seems eager to rap up a few more signings as early as possible.

It seems more likely that Richard Dunne will be leaving Manchester City this summer if City can capture the signing of Arsenal's Kolo Toure or Joleon Lescott.

The London Evening Standard stated Manchester City have contacted West Ham and enquired about centre-half Matthew Upson and West Ham are interested in City striker Daniel Sturridge.

Update: Its official Carlos Tevez has rejected Man United's final offer, all there is to find out now is whether or not Tevez wants instant CL football or is willing to Fight for it. Who is it to be?, Manchester City, Chelsea or is some other club going to gain his signature?
