ANAHEIM, CA - APRIL 27: Rob Blake #4 of the San Jose Sharks is congratulated by his teammates on an assist against the Anaheim Ducks during Game Six of the Western Conference Quarterfinal Round of the 2009 Stanley Cup Playoffs at the Honda Center on April 27, 2009 in Anaheim, California. I have been told the deal is almost done. It's a 2 year deal worth around $4.5 million a year. more to come...

*June,15 Update* Blake has agreed to the contract, but there has not been a pen to paper signing. That is why there is a hold up for official confirmation. I was still not able to get the exact amount he will be making a year.

Note : I would guess the deal is closer to $4 million a year. I will try to find out the exact amount...
