Josh Rosen, the No. 1 quarterback of the 2015 class per 247Sports, is set to make his commitment in a few days. The 6'4", 205-pound California native will make his decision between Cal, UCLA and Michigan. Rosen has the skills and physical talent to have a huge impact wherever he chooses to play at the next level.

Which offensive scheme gives Rosen the best chance to display his talents? Sonny Dykes and Cal like to throw the ball a lot, but the Golden Bears are going through a rebuilding phase after going 1-11 last year.

B/R's Chris Simms was the No. 1 quarterback recruit back in 1999 and went on to have a great NFL career. Watch Simms and Adam Lefkoe break down which school is the best fit for Rosen.
