Carl Froch Pushes George Groves as Tempers Fray During Wembley Press Day

Tempers flared during a photo shoot for Carl Froch and George Groves' world super-middleweight title rematch at Wembley Stadium, with Froch pushing his opponent as the pair stood for pictures.

Froch, as you can see approximately 2:30 into the clip above, shoved his opponent with apparent provocation.

Groves, who lost the first fight but believed the referee had stopped the contest prematurely, was clearly upset, asking Froch's promoter Eddie Hearn to "calm your boy down."

The pair clash at Wembley Stadium on May 31, and according to Groves, the bout is already a sellout:

Tickets have SOLD OUT!! Sold out in an hour!! #GrovesVsFroch #Mandated #Mongoose #TeamSaintGG #AndTheTrue

The session was broken up briefly, with Froch refusing to take questions during the photo shoot.

Despite the closeness of the contest, there was clearly no love lost between the two fighters during the build-up to the first fight, and unlike several recent bouts where mutual respect eventually returned, the bad blood clearly still remains.
