Behind a career night from Jodie Meeks, the Los Angeles Lakers (22-42) upset the Oklahoma City Thunder (46-17) by a final score of 114-110 on Sunday.

Meeks was lights out for the first three quarters of the game. He scored 18 in the first half, and then pitched in 20 more in the third alone. He finished the game with 42 points on 11-of-18 shooting.

Pau Gasol had a double-double with 20 points and 11 rebounds, and four other Lakers hit double-figures in the offensive onslaught.

The Thunder made it close down the stretch behind a triple-double from Kevin Durant and timely shooting from Derek Fisher.

Ultimately, Durant's 27 points, 12 assists and 10 rebounds weren't quite enough to overcome his team's struggles.

Starting point guard Russell Westbrook went 7-of-23 from the field and turned the ball over eight times.
