The Miami Marlins and Boston Red Sox have been getting into it recently during spring training. Now, Red Sox owner John Henry has joined in.
According to Juan C. Rodriguez of the Sun Sentinel (h/t Nate Scott of For The Win), Miami executives were outraged when the Red Sox essentially fielded an entire starting lineup of minor league players after the Marlins had charged fans premium prices to watch the defending World Series champions.
In response, Henry tweeted just eight words to sufficiently burn the Marlins.
They should apologize for their regular season lineup.— John W. Henry (@John_W_Henry) March 8, 2014
