Dwight Howard Rips Ball from Air in Blatant Goaltend

Sometimes it's better to leave the shot alone.

On Tuesday night, Houston Rockets big man Dwight Howard went up to block Miami Heat forward Michael Beasley's shot. Unfortunately for him, it wasn't a smart play.

There was no doubt that Howard was going to be called for goaltending:

At least he made it look cool by just swiping the ball out of the air with one hand:

Houston would have been better off had Howard waited to get the rebound.
