Josh Rosenthe No. 1 quarterback of the 2015 class, according to the 247Sports composite rankingswill announce his commitment on March 20. Rosen has the skills and talent to have a huge impact for whichever program he chooses. 

With Michigan and Texas vying for the top QB, Stanford, Cal and UCLA will have to step up their recruitment. Will Rosen end up in his home state of California, or will an out-of-state school make a push to land this top recruit?
