The front office has said recently that their core belief is to continually stock both offensive and defensive lines. The loss of Chuck Darby in free agency means a hole a defensive tackle.
Previous Prediction: Dustin Keller, TE
26. Jacksonville - Quentin Groves, DE, Auburn
A speed rusher is the need in J'ville and Clemson's Phillip Merling hasn't had the off-season to warrant a selection here.
Previous Prediction: same
27. San Diego - Chris Johnson, RB, East Carolina
Meet the new burner to replace Michael Turner. If they go with Felix Jones here, I wouldn't be surprised as they are in position to take any position.
Previous Prediction: Gosder Cherilus, OT
28. Dallas - Felix Jones, RB, Arkansas
Standing by the the Razorback here as Jones can't resist.
Previous Prediction: same
29. San Francisco - James Hardy, WR, Indiana
Losing Darrell Jackson makes this a huge need for the club and this pick stays the same with me.
Previous Prediction: same
30. Green Bay - Aqib Talib, CB, Kansas
Not much behind starters Charles Woodson and Al Harris and they lost back-up Frank Walker in free agency to Baltimore.
Previous Prediction: same
31. New England - FORFEITED
Yep, still.
32. New York Giants - Kenny Phillips, S, Miami
Still liking my original pick here despite Tyrell Johnson's late push up the boards.
Previous Prediction: same
Some changes and still not allowing for any more trades that may happen, but what can you do. A lack of sleep due to the draft being so close does evil things to one's mind. Be nice to be in the know about possible moves, but anyone outside the war room need to play GM on their own.
